Living Collectives

While living and studying in São Paulo, Brazil, for 2 months, six impression drawings were created in response to six different collectives that exist in the extended municipality of the ABC. These spatial stories explore the collective’s family connections and historical layers in these collectives, seen through the lens of the literal space that the collective inhabits. The six collectives represented are:

3. Ocupação de Julio
4. Ouvidor 63
5. Imargem
6. MDDF – Movement for the Defense and Rights of Favela Residents
